Colony Hills Capital is pleased to present its third Catalyst Real Estate Fund (CREF III) to the LFI community. CREF III is a co-GP investment vehicle which enables LP investors to participate in GP level returns while also enjoying the benefit of the diversification that a fund provides. CREF III is targeting a $30 - $50 million dollar raise and it will invest alongside the CHC principals/employees into GP 'stance' on a deal by deal basis. The fund will solely invest in value-add, garden style multifamily real estate up and down the East Coast. Targeted net returns are 20-25% with an average yield of 6-8% on a 5 year term.
